2.1. icebergify.vercel.app is a service that allows users to view their Spotify statistics in real-time. The service does not collect or store any user data.
2.2. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Developer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Service for any purpose.
3. User Accounts
3.1. To use the Service, you must authenticate through your Spotify account.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Spotify account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5. User Conduct
5.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by any third party.
5.2. You must not use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service.
6. Changes
6.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
